Registration for STARS is available ONLINE, OVER THE PHONE or IN-PERSON:
Go to www.brookfieldil.gov
Scroll to the bottom of the home page & click on “Rectrac” under Quicklinks
Click on upper right corner “Sign in/Register” & put in household address and family member names. This creates your account and you can now register for anything online!
